Can we hear
the little voice
in the midst
of all the worrying?
The voice that

yet is so sure
and presents itself
without fanfare
The voice that says
It's not all about you

Enjoy the air
and the sky
and the birds
and the trees
and the ground
under your feet
always the ground

You are bigger
than you know
by far
and loved
oh so loved
just as you are
